i poured water all over him after this....i got last laugh

so larry and i were in a cab drivin the opposite way on Houston...we see a cab with flashing lights pull over this car...he slaps cuffs on the dude driving and goes straight to his trunk...next thing we know the cop is pulling garbage bags out of the trunk....dare i say snitch.....the picture isnt very clear but some dude had a real bad night.
